APPOINTMENT POLICY
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylist and clients.
Late Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period for all services. If you pass the 10 minute mark your deposit will be forfeited. It is at our discretion to decide if we have enough time to accommodate your appointment.
Please keep in mind: We do not offer refunds for ANY service under any circumstances. If there are any problems this should be reported to us within 24 hours to avoid additional fees. If additional services are requested at the time of appointment. Services are subject to upcharge or cancellation.
